Cosmo Drinking

Ingredients

• 4 cl silver tequila
• 2 cl fresh lemon juice
• 2 cl strawberry sirop
• 3 – 5 strawberries

Decoration

• leaf of mint, sugared glass rim

Glass

• Martini glass (12  cl)

Instructions

1. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a Martini glass and dip in sugar.
2. Put the tequila, lemon juice and strawberry sirop and strawberries with ice in an electric mixer.  Mix it well.
3. Pour the contents through a bar strainer in a Martini glass. And decorate with a leaf of mint.

• 4 cl wodka
• 1 cl orange liquor
• 1 cl cranberry juice
• 1 cl fresh lemon juice

Decoration

• salted rim, slice of lime

Glass

• Martini glass (12  cl)

Instructions

1. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a Martini glass and dip in salt.
2. Put all ingredients with ice in the shaker.  Close the shaker and shake for 15 seconds fiercely.
3. Pour the contents through a bar strainer in a Martini glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

• 0.5 cl vermouth (Martini)

• olive on a stick

• Martini glass (12  cl)

Instructions

1. Shake both ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a Martini glass.
3. Garnish with an olive on a stick.

• 4 fresh strawberries
• 4 cl pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp icing sugar
• ice cold dry sekt or champagne

Decoration

• 1/2 strawberry
• mint leaves

Glass

• Martini glass (12  cl)

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and add them with the pineapple juice in a mixer. Mash it for about 1 minute.
2. Put the fruit mixture in the cocktail glass and fill up with sekt or champagne.
3. Put a half of a strawberry on the rim of the glass. If available, use mint leaves for the finishing touch.
